This Privacy Policy explains how Covenant Life Insurance Group ("we," "us," "our"), operated by licensed agent Jorge Galindo, handles information collected through https://covenantlifeinsurance.com, including the Get Covered form and all of our advertising landing pages (IUL, Mortgage Protection, Final Expense, Veterans and Life Insurance). By using these pages you agree to the practices described here.

Information you provide when you submit a form or contact us, which may include:

• Name, email address and phone number
• Date of birth and state of residence
• Beneficiary information, such as your chosen beneficiary's name
• Insurance-related questionnaire responses, such as coverage interest, current coverage, employment, mortgage lender, veteran status and similar answers
• Any message or notes you choose to send

Please only provide beneficiary information you are authorized to share. We do not ask for Social Security numbers or medical records through this website.

When you visit our pages we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as browser and device type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URL and campaign parameters (for example, UTM tags from an ad you clicked). We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, measure performance and understand which advertising campaigns are effective.

Advertising and analytics tools. We may use advertising and analytics tools offered by platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, to measure ad performance and deliver relevant ads. We use your phone number to send a one-time verification code and to contact you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) solely to deliver messages on our behalf.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep information only as long as needed to serve you, maintain business records and meet legal and regulatory retention requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
